What kind of products can I shop for on Tkito?
Tkito is set up as a multi-vendor marketplace with categories such as electronics, home living, fashion, beauty, sports, kids, office, travel, gaming, and smart home. Product pages are organized by vendor, brand, and category so shoppers can browse both broad categories and specific storefronts.
How do I narrow down products quickly?
The shop page supports keyword search, category, brand, and store filters, along with min and max price, minimum rating, featured-only, promo, and in-stock filters. You can also sort by newest arrivals, popularity, top rated, or price direction to get to the right products faster.
Can I shop from more than one vendor at the same time?
Yes. The marketplace lets you add products from multiple vendors into the same cart. Inside the cart, items stay grouped by vendor basket so it is still easy to see which store each product belongs to before you check out.

Do I need an account to place an order?
Checkout can support guest ordering when guest checkout is enabled. If you sign in, you can reuse saved customer details and addresses, which makes repeat checkout faster.
How do I track an order after checkout?
Use the order tracking page and enter your order number together with the email address or phone number used for the order. If a match is found, the page shows the current order status and the visible status history entries for that order.
How are shipping charges and delivery timing handled?
Shipping totals are shown in the cart and again at checkout before the order is placed. Delivery timing and thresholds can vary by store settings, service level, and destination, so the final shipping cost and order total shown during checkout are the values to rely on before payment.
What is the return and exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are handled based on product eligibility, the vendor policy, and marketplace support guidance. The site also promotes easy returns on qualifying orders, but the exact outcome still depends on the product and seller involved.

What payment methods are available at checkout?

How do offline payment methods work?
Cash on delivery lets you pay when the order arrives instead of paying online during checkout. Availability depends on the payment settings configured by the marketplace.
Can I apply a coupon before checkout?
Yes. The cart includes a coupon code field before checkout. If the code is valid, the discount is applied to the cart summary so you can review the updated totals before placing the order.

How do I apply to sell on the marketplace?
Open the Sell with us page, sign in to your account, and submit the vendor request form with your business details, store name, contact information, address, registration details, and notes about your product and fulfillment plan. Admin approval is required before vendor dashboard access is enabled.
What happens after a vendor request is approved?
Approved vendors can open the vendor dashboard and manage their store, products, orders, coupons, reviews, payouts, and notifications from there. The approved status on the onboarding page also unlocks direct access to the dashboard.
Can I update a pending or rejected vendor application?
Yes. If the request is still pending or has been rejected, the onboarding page lets you edit the form details and resubmit the application for review. Rejected requests can also show a rejection reason so you know what needs to be fixed.

How do I contact the marketplace team?
Use the contact page to send a message for support, partnerships, order help, or vendor onboarding. The form collects your name, email, phone, subject, and message so the team can follow up with the right context.
